Kathryn Watt
Herbal Medicine & CranioSacral Therapy
Kathryn has certificates CST I, CST II, and SER1 in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute UK (2006 and 2007), a BSc Hons (First Class) in Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy) from Napier University (2006), Level 1 and Level 2 AAMET Certificates in Emotional Freedom Technique (2012 and 2013), Level 1 Certificate in the use of Bach Flower Remedies (2010), and Level 1 in Kinetic Chain Release (2014). She believes all the therapies truly complement each other, and work well with other therapies.
Kathryn worked in various areas of science from 1983 – 2018, and found the knowledge gained useful in therapeutic training and practice.
