Physio Led Pilates with New Life Physio
Our Pilates classes are run by Alison Hennessey, Physiotherapist, of New Life Physiotherapy. She currently has 5 Pilates classes per week on Monday evenings and Friday mornings. She is also offers 1:1 sessions and small private group sessions outwith her class times.

Alison is an experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist who specialises in the assessment and treatment of pregnancy related Musculosketelal conditions such as low back pain and pelvic pain. Specialist advice on pelvic floor muscle issues is also available.
